John Walker - Owner/CEO

With over 30 years of leadership experience, including 10 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, John Walker started Perfect Output of Kansas City LLC in the winter of 1997 with the first year of operation commencing in 1998.

John truly has an entrepreneurial mind, and it is this same thought process that helped him find a unique niche with document output services. He really saw a need within organizations to better manage their printing costs, and that there is a lot of money to be saved for businesses if their printing/scanning/copying/faxing services are managed more efficiently.

He is also deeply committed to developing people and helping them to grow and stretch their own expectations of what they can achieve. He receives tremendous satisfaction in mentoring others, and always encourages looking at things differently and not limiting possibilities.

“No, we can’t do that,” is never something you will hear John say. With him, there is always a way to accomplish the task at hand, and driving this organization forward, expanding Perfect Output’s areas of expertise, and being a leader in the document output industry is the very best way to do that!
